Little Debbie - Lowsy handling of a complaint!
I called to inform them that I had bought oatmeal cream pies and that 4 out of 12 were stale and the wrappers weren’t sealed . I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything .
It was merely letting them know that there was a problem . Next thing the Lady said oh I see that your number has called before and has gotten a refund and that she going to have to talk to her manager ..I got upset due to the fact I wasn’t asking for anything!
Just to bring it to their attention , but after that call you won’t have to worry about me purchasing anything that comes from Little Debbie .. as you can see from the date on the box o purchased 4 days ago and today is the 2nd day of March , and clearly the sell by date is weeks away!

How can something be resolved when the third party tries to blame me! Telling me that my number has already received two refunds this year when I have never called or emailed anyone about lil Debbie , nor has anyone used my phone to either !
